Appointment of Brazoria County Local Rabies Control Authority

The Court approves the appointment of Christi Peterson, who is duly qualified pursuant to Texas Health & Safety Code §826.017, as Brazoria County’s Local Rabies Control Authority effective January 14, 2026, pursuant to Texas Health & Safety Code §826.017.
Further, the County Judge is authorized to sign any and all documents necessary to effectuate said appointment.
It is further Ordered that a copy of this Order and all other related documents be sent to the Brazoria County Sheriff and the Texas Department of State Health Services.
