Approve the following application for installation of an on-site sewage facility (OSSF) under the TCEQ funded SEP for Wastewater Treatment Assistance in an amount up to $11,750.00.

Further, to approve the waiver of the County’s portion of the OSSF permit fee in an amount up to $250.00.
Further, that the County Judge be authorized to sign all documents for the selected bid for the project.
Further, ordered that a copy of this Order be delivered to the Director of the Environmental Health Department and the County Auditor.
