Donation of Land from The Cradle of Texas Conservancy

Pursuant to Texas Local Government Code §81.032, the Court accepts a donation of approximately 1.95 acres of land, identified as part of the original Fort Velasco site, from The Cradle of Texas Conservancy.
The County Judge is hereby authorized to sign any documents necessary to complete the donation upon final review by the District Attorney’s Office
