Approval to award “RFP #25-62 Stop Loss Insurance Coverage”, per the recommendation of the evaluation committee and the County’s consultant, Overt Stop Loss, to the highest ranked firm, SA Benefit Services, LLC, of Helotes, Texas, per the attached final negotiated proposal.
The policy term with SA Benefit Services, LLC, via PartnerRE America Insurance Company is October 1, 2025 to September 30, 2026 for a total annual premium of $1,551,191.00.
Funding for the premium is paid utilizing the annual Health Benefits budget.
Further, that the County Judge be authorized to sign any documents or amendments related to this agreement; and that the final documents be authorized to attach to the minutes.
