Approval to renew with a price increase for “ITB #21-48 Mosquito Control Chemicals” with the following vendors, as per the attached, for the fifth (5^th) year of a five (5) year contract per the terms and conditions of the current contract which is set to expire July 13, 2025.

•                     ADAPCO, LLC of Lake Mary, Florida

•                     ES OPCO USA Inc., of Austin, Texas

The renewal term shall be July 14, 2025 to July 13, 2026.

Further, expenditures will be funded by Mosquito Controls annual fiscal year budget.
