Accept the Final Plat of Burt Baker Subdivision, being a tract of land containing 1.5290 acres (66,603 square feet), situated in the Abraham Darst League, Abstract 61, Brazoria County, Texas, being all of a tract of land conveyed to Burt Baker by deed recorded under County Clerk's File No. 2020053141 of the official records of Brazoria County, Texas; and
Said Plat is accompanied by current tax certificates from the Brazoria County Tax Office; and
Said Plat is accompanied by a Letter of No Objection from the West Brazoria County Drainage District No. 11; and
Access is provided by existing County Maintained Roads.
Further, that a certified copy of this order be furnished to the County Engineer.
