The Court hereby authorizes proceedings to issue and sell Brazoria County, Texas, Certificates of Obligation, Series 2026, including the preparation of financing and offering documents and the publication of a Notice of Intent; confirming the Engagement of professionals in connection with the foregoing; and making other provisions regarding such Certificates of Obligation and matters incident thereto; and containing other matters relating thereto.
The County Judge is hereby authorized to sign any document related to the Resolution and documents incident thereto upon final review by the District Attorney’s Office.
