The project’s budget of $3,000,000.00 is utilizing ARPA Lost Revenue funds; however, the two (2) responses received exceeded the current budget at $8,710,000.00 and $7,755,819.00.
Due to budget requirements, approval to reject the submissions received for “CSP #25-06 Construction of the Quintana Office Building and Visitor Center” and advertise for a new proposal based upon a revised scope of work and specifications.
In addition, approval to retain the original evaluation committee members, shown below, approved per Court Order I.7 dated November 12, 2024.
