Approve Change Order No. 3 for “Contract #25-33 Motorola Computer Aided Dispatch and Records Management for the Sheriff’s Office” in the amount of $171,460.00 to Motorola Solutions Inc., of Chicago, Illinois, per the attached change order document.
Additionally, if approved by Commissioners Court, the change order will be funded in the Sheriff’s Office budget by means of a budget transfer amendment from the contingency account located in General fund and Non-Departmental.
Further, that the County Judge be authorized to sign any and all documents or amendments related to this agreement; and that the final documents be authorized to attach to the minutes.
