Approve order to maintain Texas County and District Retirement System (TCDRS) plan provisions for the Plan Year 2027 and to adopt the calculated total required County contribution rate of 12.77% effective January 1, 2027.
It is further ordered, that the County Judge is authorized to sign all documents related to the implementation of this order on behalf of the County.
