Renew Windstorm Insurance Policy for San Luis and Quintana Beach Properties

Upon final review by the District Attorney’s Office - Civil Division, approve the Texas Windstorm Insurance Association (TWIA) renewal quote for San Luis and Quintana Beach properties for policy period November 12, 2026 - November 12, 2027 with a not to exceed premium cost of $17,005.00.
The expenditure will be funded by the County’s general fund for Fiscal Year 2027 budget.
Further, that the County Judge be authorized to sign any required documents to renew the policy.
