Approve the expenditure of $10,000.00 to Cradle of Texas Conservancy, Inc. for the allowance of the County to perform work on private property for the CR 676 Bridge Culvert Replacement Project.
Whereas, the attached agreement identifies the terms and conditions agreed upon related to construction activities for the Project; and
Whereas, funds for this expenditure are available as a part of the 2027 Road & Bridge Budget.
Further, that the County Judge or his designee be authorized to sign the attached Temporary Construction Easement Agreement and that a certified copy of this order be furnished to the County Engineer for distribution to all parties involved.
