Renew “RFP #23-13 Electronic Monitoring Services for the Brazoria County Community Supervision and Corrections Department (CSCD)” to the following vendors per the terms, conditions and pricing of the current contract which is set to expire on August 31, 2026.
• Gulf Coast Monitoring Specialists, LLC of Angleton, Texas
• Recovery Monitoring Solutions of Dallas, Texas
Further, the renewal period of September 1, 2026 to August 31, 2027, will be based upon their funded biennium budget.
In addition, authorize Cara Drenner, Adult Probation Director, to sign any and all documents necessary to execute said agreement(s) on behalf of the Brazoria County Community Supervision and Corrections Department (CSCD).
