2026 Sheriff and Constables Fee Schedule

Pursuant to Local Government Code section 118.131, the Court approves the 2026 Sheriff and Constables Fee Schedule, attached hereto as Exhibit “1.” The Court finds the fees are reasonable and not higher than necessary to pay the expenses of providing the services described in Exhibit “1.” Notices of the fee amounts shall be posted in the offices of the County officials who are authorized to charge the fees, in the County Courthouse, and at a public place in each Commissioner’s Precinct.
The fees set forth in Exhibit “1” shall be effective January 1, 2026.
