Authority of Purchasing Director to use Cooperative Contracts for FY2026

Approval to give Purchasing Director authority to purchase any items in the Fiscal Year 2026 budget purchased from a cooperative contract agreement, of which the County is a member.
Further, that the Purchasing Director be granted signing authority for said purchases.
