Upon successful negotiation and pending final review by Brazoria County Community Supervision and Corrections Department (CSCD) and, if necessary, the District Attorney’s Office, on behalf of CSCD, award “RFP #24-14 Drug and Alcohol Testing Services for CSCD” to the highest ranked vendor, Avertest, LLC dba Averhealth of Richmond, Virginia who submitted a responsive proposal based upon our specifications and scope of work as per the attached.
Further, if negotiations are successful, that Dr. Gregory Dillion, Adult Probation Director, be authorized to sign any and all documents necessary to execute said agreement(s) on behalf of the Brazoria County Community Supervision and Corrections Department (CSCD).
