Pursuant to the County’s Procedures for the Abatement of Neighborhood Nuisances adopted by Court Order VI.B.5.a. on February, 28, 2012, the Environmental Health Department investigated complaints regarding property at 8116 County Road 929, Brazoria, Brazoria County; and
The investigation found the property to be a public nuisance in violation of the Court Order. It has been more than 31 days since all required notices were served and the public nuisance has not been abated; now, therefore, it is
Ordered that the Environmental Health Department may proceed with the abatement of the public nuisance by obtaining bids through the Purchasing Department.
It is further ordered that the owner of the property and/ or the property will be assessed the cost of abating the public nuisance, the cost of legal notification by publication, and an administrative fee of $100.
It is further ordered that certified copies of this order be furnished to the Environmental Health Director, the County Auditor and the County Purchasing Department.
