Amend Court Order I.5 dated July 8, 2025 “Advertise Request for Proposals for Construction of a Teen Center Building” in order to change the procurement method from a Request for Proposal (RFP) to a Competitive Sealed Proposal (CSP).
In addition, the procurement will continue to utilize funds from the department’s approved fiscal year 2025 budget.
Further, the original evaluation committee members will remain the same.
