Approve the renewal of “C #22-103 Tax Collection Software Services for Tax Assessor-Collector” with Spindlemedia, Inc., of Flower Mound, Texas from SHI Government Solutions using the Omnia Partners Purchasing Cooperative contract number R220804 for an amount of $250,000.
The current term is set to expire on September 30, 2026.
In addition, the renewal term shall be October 1, 2026 to September 30, 2027.
Further, the renewal term will utilize funding from the department’s annual fiscal year budget.
