Approve new agreement for “C #26-43 Medical Oversight to TB Clients” with Dr. Sanjay Aggarwal, M.D. for the period of April 20, 2026 to April 19, 2030, for the following rates as per the attached agreement.
• $100.00 for new TB cases or suspects
• $400.00 per month for follow-up visits and Latent TB infection
In addition, the service will utilize funds from the departments approved budget for professional services, account number 571300-10000-45000.
Further, that the County Judge is authorized to sign any documents or amendments related to this agreement; and that the final documents be authorized to attach to the Minutes.
