Approve the expenditure of $72,652.00 to Isani Consultants, LP to perform engineering services for the CR 44 at FM 521 Intersection Improvements Project.
Whereas, the attached scope of work identifies the engineering related activities for the Project; and
Whereas, funds for this expenditure are available as a part of the CDBG-MIT Contract in partnership with the GLO.
Further, that the County Judge or his designee be authorized to sign the attached Professional Services Contract and that a certified copy of this order be furnished to the County Engineer for distribution to all parties involved.
