Renew ITB #25-04 Road Safety Products Signs and Posts

Approval to renew “ITB 25-04 Road Safety Products Signs and Posts” with the following vendors for a second (2nd) year of a five (5) year contract per the terms and conditions of the current contract which is set to expire on December 17, 2025.

 

The renewal term shall be December 18, 2025 to December 17, 2026.

 

Renew with a price increase to the following vendors as per the attached.

 

•                     Vulcan Inc. dba Vulcan Signs of Foley, Alabama

•                     Trantex Transportation Products of Texas, Inc. of Houston, Texas

 

In addition, per the non-renewal request from Xcessories Squared Development & Mfg., Inc., of Auburn, Illinois cancel their award and approve an award re-determination to Trantex Transportation Products of Texas, Inc. for their awarded line items as per the attached.

 

Further, expenditures will be funded by department’s annual fiscal year budgets.
