Approval to advertise Request for Proposal for “Consultant Services-Development of 5 Year Consolidated Plan with First Year Action Plan” which has been determined by the Purchasing Agent to be in the procurement method to use that is in the best interest of the County.
In addition, the project will utilize Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds.
Further, appoint a committee to review the proposal submittals from the persons shown below, their designee, or other persons as determined by the Court.
