Approve the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the Department of State Health Services (DSHS) and Brazoria County Health Department for the provision of certain public health data and information, which DSHS maintains, for the purpose of providing essential public health services.
Further, that the County Judge be authorized to sign all documents related to this MOU, including e-signature.
