The Court approves out of state travel for Airport Director and Customer Service Manager to attend the National Business Aviation Association, Business Aviation Convention & Exhibition (NBAA-BACE) October 14-16, 2025 in Las Vegas, NV for purposes:
• promotion of fuel sales
• airport marketing
• business development
• strategic planning with fuel supplier
Airport has annually attended this conference in partnership with the fuel supplier. Airport's contract with the supplier provides reserved booth space paid for by the supplier which is a cost savings of $9,000.00 in value paid directly to NBAA.
Further, travel expenses to be paid with any FY 2026 approved airport budget funds.
