Approve the attached Brazoria County Artificial Intelligence (AI) Use Policy. This Policy will be incorporated into the Brazoria County Employee Handbook and Policy Manual. Further, a copy of this Policy will be forwarded to the Brazoria County Human Resources Department, and each employee will be required to affirm that they have read the new Policy.
