Consider and approve out of state travel for a Constable Precinct 2 Deputy (DEPCON 00002012) ID #15241 and his family four (4) in total to Washington, D.C., from May 12, 2026, through May 16, 2026, to attend the National Law Enforcement Officers Memorial ceremony honoring the late Sheriff Deputy Jesus “Jesse” Vargas, who was killed in the line of duty on January 15, 2025.
This is not in the FY26 department budget, additional budget funds will be necessary.
