The renewal contract term begins on November 1, 2026, and continues through October 31, 2027, with no changes in terms or pricing. The rate remains at $0.52/Dth.
Further, that the County Judge be authorized to sign any documents or amendments related to this renewal agreement; and that the final documents be authorized to attach to the minutes.
