Approve the attached Second Amendment to Interlocal Cooperation Contract for Maternity and Family Planning Servies between the University of Texas Medical Branch (UTMB) and Brazoria County effective September 1, 2026.
County Judge is authorized to sign said agreement.
Further, a copy of this order be sent to the County Health Department.
