Brazoria County Emergency Management Plan - Annex S Legal

The Brazoria County Emergency Management Plan is hereby amended to include the updated Annex S Transportation.
It is hereby adopted and effective as of the date of the last signature.
The County Judge is hereby authorized to sign the Annex.
Further, the County Emergency Management is hereby instructed to update the Emergency Management Plan with the Annex S Transportation and distribute the amendment to all parter cities and Texas Department of Emergency Management (TDEM).
Further, that a copy of the same be placed on file with the County Clerk.
