Approve the Application and supporting Resolution for the VOCA Grant, funds for FY 2026-2027 in the amount of $438,180.17 (this amount is for 1 year), with a county cash match not to exceed $109,545.04.
Further, the District Attorney is authorized to sign the Resolution and all related documents pertaining to this grant on behalf of Brazoria County.
Resolution was incorrect on first action. Judge Sebesta read corrected Resolution after closed session and new action was taken.
