Approve the resolutions regarding adopting required Community Development Block Grant - Mitigation (CDBG-MIT):
• Civil Rights policies
• Citizen Participation Plan and Grievance Procedures
• Section 3 Policy
• Section 504 Policy and Grievance Procedures
• Code of Conduct Policy, and a
• Fair Housing Policy
Policies are for funds pertaining to the Texas General Land Office (GLO) allocation to Brazoria County for Community Development Block Grant - Mitigation (CDBG-MIT) Contract #24-065-201-F504.
Further, authorize the County Judge to sign the required policy documents on behalf of Brazoria County.
