Whereas, on January 14, 2020, Brazoria County Commissioners Court adopted Brazoria County Game Room Regulations and application pursuant to Texas Local Government Code 234, Subchapter E through Court Order 6.E.3;
Whereas, on January 28, 2020, Brazoria County Commissioners Court Amended the Game Room Regulations and application through Court Order 7.P.2;
Whereas, on February 11, 2020, Brazoria County Commissioners Court corrected scrivener’s errors in the Game Room application through Court Order 7.D.2;
Whereas, on August 25, 2020, Brazoria County Commissioners Court Amended the Game Room Regulations and application through Court Order 7.O.2; and
Whereas, after conducting a public hearing, Brazoria County desires to amend the Game Room Regulations.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED by the Commissioners Court of Brazoria County, Texas that the Game Room Regulations be amended as set forth in the attached Third Amended Brazoria County Game Room Regulations and the attached revised application.
