Authorize Contract for Housing Incident to Employment for Brazos River County Park

Upon the recommendation of the Brazoria County Parks Director that Brazoria County Commissioners Court authorize the attached Contract for Housing Incident to Employment, which has been reviewed and approved by the District Attorney’s Office, for employee Tina Crawford to live at the park residence at Hanson Riverside County Park in exchange for opening and closing the park, night security, and other services provided.
Further, that the County Judge be authorized to execute the attached contract, and its original signature and a certified court order be sent to the Parks Department.
