Approve Amendment No. 2 for “RFP #18-55 Administration and Professional Services for CDBG-DR 4223 Program” to GrantWorks, Inc., of Austin, Texas regarding GLO Contract #20-065-118-C388 and subsequent contracts for CDBG-DR 4332.
This additional fee increase of $24,222.35 is for services of new projects resulting from a reallocation of additional Harvey funds per the attached.
Funds for the increase and projects will utilize Hurricane Harvey Recovery Project funds.
Further, that the County Judge be authorized to sign any and all documents necessary to execute said amendment on behalf of the County.
