Approval to renew “C #20-80 Lease Agreement for Brazoria County Health Department” with Brazoria Heritage Foundation of Brazoria, Texas for an additional twelve (12) months per the terms, conditions and pricing of the current contract which is set to expire on September 30, 2026 for a monthly cost of $250.00 per month.
The renewal term shall be October 1, 2026 to September 30, 2027.
Further, the renewal term shall utilize funds from the department’s annual budget.
