Interlocal Agreement with North Central Texas Council of Governments

Upon recommendation of the County Purchasing Director, approval is requested to enter into an interlocal agreement with North Central Texas Council of Governments, located in Arlington, Texas to allow Brazoria County the ability to utilize contracts that have been competitively bid by the cooperative, known as TXShare.
Further, that the County Judge be authorized to sign any document or amendments related to this agreement; and that the final documents be authorized to attach to the Minutes.
