Approve Change Order No. 2 to the professional services agreement for ING Garza, LLC. of Houston, Texas for “RFSQ #24-04 Construction Engineering, Inspection, and Material Testing Services for the Quintana Fishing Pier” in the amount of $69,348.00, per the attached document.
Further the change order will utilize GoMESA funds and will be added to the current fee of $406,431.69 for a total cost of $475,775.69.
Further, that the County Judge be authorized to sign any documents or amendments related to this agreement; and that the final documents be authorized to attach to the minutes.
