That the tax abatement application of BULLDOG POWER 2 LLC, be set for public hearing at the Regular Session of Commissioners Court on the 10th day of March, 2026 at 9:00 a.m.
The property for proposed tax abatement, currently owned by Glenn W. Sayler and Rodney and Sheila Elster Family Limited Partnership, is generally described as approximately 159 acres of land described as Lot 41B in the Arch McDonald Survey (Abstract 046) and Tract 12 in the Polly & Chance Survey (Abstract 119).
The property for the proposed tax abatement will be located in Brazoria County Reinvestment Zone No. 26-01. The hearing for such Reinvestment Zone will also be held on March 10, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. Bulldog Power 2 LLC will construct a 310MW natural gas fired peaking facility and expend no less than $250,000,000.
