Interlocal Agreement with Brazoria County Toll Road Authority

The Court hereby approves the attached Interlocal Cooperation Agreement between Brazoria County and the Brazoria County Toll Road Authority related to the acquisition and use of property for the Brazoria County Expressway extension project (the “Agreement”).
Upon review and approval by the District Attorney’s Office, the County Judge is authorized to execute the Agreement and all other agreements and documents required under the Agreement.
