Approval to renew “RFP #22-70 Indigent Health Prescription Services” with integrated Prescription Management (IPM) of Fresno California for a fourth (4^th) year of a five (5) year contract, per the terms, conditions and pricing of the current contract which is set to expire on September 30, 2025.

The renewal term shall be October 1, 2025 to September 30, 2026.

Further, expenditures will be funded by the department’s annual fiscal year budget.
