Approval for Emergency Medical Services Provider - Guardian Angels 2026 LLC

Whereas, Kifah Alnajjar is Managing Partner of Guardian Angels 2026 LLC, a non-emergent emergency medical services company; and                     

 

Whereas, Guardian Angels 2026 LLC provides basic life support, non-911 transport for patients who require stretcher transport for Hospital-to-Hospital transfers, Dialysis, Hospice, and specialized long-term care; and                     

 

Whereas, Kifah Alnajjar has requested a letter of approval as required by Texas Health and Safety Code 773.0573 in order to operate and provide such services within Brazoria County; and                     

 

Whereas, the Court finds the addition of Guardian Angels 2026 LLC’s non-emergent services will not interfere with or adversely affect the provision of emergency medical services by the licensed emergency medical services providers operating in the county; and                     

 

Whereas, the Court finds the addition of Guardian Angels 2026 LLC’s non-emergent services will remedy an existing provider shortage that cannot be resolved through the use of the licensed emergency medical services providers operating in the county; and                     

 

Whereas, the Court finds the addition of Guardian Angels 2026 LLC’s non-emergent services will not cause an oversupply of licensed emergency medical service providers in the county.                     

 

Therefore, the Court approves the operation of Guardian Angels 2026 LLC within Brazoria County for the purpose of transporting patients for Emergency Medical Services under Texas Health and Safety Code 773.0573.                     

 

Further, that the County Judge be authorized to sign any required documents.
