Approval to renew “ITB #21-70 Milling Machine Rental” with the following vendors for the fifth (5^th) year of a five (5) year contract per the current terms, conditions and pricing of the current contract which is set to expire on August 22, 2025.

•                     R.B Everett & Company of Pasadena, Texas

•                     Holt Texas, LTD of San Antonio, Texas

The renewal term shall be August 23, 2025 to August 22, 2026.

Further, expenditures will be funded by the departments’ annual fiscal year budgets.
