Approval to sell as surplus 13 Axon X26 Tasers to the City of Angleton, Texas for use by their police department, for $500, per Texas Local Government Code 263.152(a)(1).
Brazoria County Constable Precinct 2 has upgraded department tasers to the Axon Taser 10 model.
Further, that the County Judge be authorized to sign any documents or amendments related to the sale; and that the final documents be authorized to attach to the minutes.
