Interlocal Agreement with Brazoria County and the City of Pearland

Approve the attached Interlocal Agreement between Brazoria County and the City of Pearland for the joint participation and funding of construction of a Traffic Signal at the intersection of CR 48 (Kingsley Drive) and Southern Trails Drive.
Further, the City of Pearland agrees to annex the portion of County Road 48 Right of Way (ROW) in which Municipal Utility District (MUD) No. 34 boundary is adjacent to at least one side of the ROW and extending south to Magnolia Parkway, including the intersection of CR 48 and Magnolia Parkway; and
Further, that a certified copy of this order be furnished to the County Engineer for distribution to all parties involved.
