The Court hereby approves and ratifies the Defeasance of outstanding County bonds and certificates of obligation as attached hereto.
The Court further authorizes the County Judge to sign any documents related to the defeasance of the bonds and certificates of obligation after review by the District Attorney’s Office.
Further, a certified copy of this Order be provided to the County Auditor.
