Renew with a Price Increase ITB #21-32 Road Materials - Surface Courses

Approval to renew with a price increase for “ITB #21-32 Road Materials - Surface Courses” with the following vendors, as per the attached for the fifth (5th) year of a five (5) year contract per the terms and conditions of the current contract which is set to expire on April 25, 2025.

 

•                     American Materials Inc. of Stafford, Texas

•                     Vulcan Construction Materials of San Antonio, Texas

 

The renewal term shall be April 26, 2025 to April 25, 2026.

 

In addition, add the following delivery location to the contract

 

•                     Hanson Beal Ranch Park (Host Office)

 

Further, expenditures will be funded by departments’ current fiscal year budgets.
