Upon successful negotiations, per the recommendation of the evaluation committee, award “CSP #25-13 Surfside Jetty County Park Waterfront Revitalization Project-GLO Contract No.25-003-010-E703 Coastal Management Program-Cycle 29”, to the highest ranked vendor, Shirley & Sons Construction Co., Inc., who submitted a final and best offer meeting our specifications in the base bid amount of $634,388.00 which includes the base bid amount of $591,388.00 and $43,000.00 for 3 add alternates as shown on the attached bid table.

 

In addition, the project overage will utilize $234,388.00 in GoMESA funds.

 

Further, that the County Judge be authorized to sign any and all documents necessary to execute said contract on behalf of the County.
