Renew “RFP #24-14 Drug and Alcohol Testing Services for CSCD” to Employee Screening Services of Missouri, LLC dba Tomo Drug Testing of Springfield, Missouri per the terms, conditions and pricing of the current contract which is set to expire on August 31, 2026.
The renewal term shall be September 01, 2026 to August 31, 2027 and will be based upon their funded biennium budget.
Further, authorize Cara Drenner, Adult Probation Director, to sign any and all documents necessary to execute said agreement(s) on behalf of the Brazoria County Community Supervision and Corrections Department (CSCD).
