Approval to award “RFP #25-71 Employee Group Life Insurance, AD&D, and Long Term Disability”, per the recommendation of the evaluation committee and the County’s consultant, HUB International, to the highest ranked firm, The Standard Insurance Company, of Portland, Oregon, per the attached best and final offer.

 

The policy term is October 1, 2025 to September 30, 2026.  Funding for the premium is paid utilizing the annual Health Benefits budget.

 

Further, that the County Judge be authorized to sign any documents or amendments related to this agreement; and that the final documents be authorized to attach to the minutes.
